Susan Lorentzen, Acupuncturist
1993 - Susan Lorentzen started out her health-minded career as a Licensed Massage Therapist at her Practice, BodyLogic, in Milwaukee, WI.
2000 - Received her degree as a Holistic healthcare practitioner and a degree in Holistic Nutrition at Southwest Institute for the Healing Arts. After receiving her degree, she promptly started at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine for a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine and took her acupuncture internship in Guanghua, China. She completed her master's degree in 2003. She then began implementing Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at BodyLogic.
2013 - She moved to Asheville, NC to teach acupuncture for Daoist Traditions Acupuncture College. She was also a Clinical Supervisor at the College's Clinic. After 5 years at DTAC, Susan migrated south to be here in Greenville, South Carolina, to offer her wealth of knowledge and healing abilities to patients in the upstate.
A few of her passions include aeroponic gardening, biking, hiking and her Westie-Poo pup, Rowdy.
Leslie Meyer-Miller, MSSA, CPCC
With a background in social work, Leslie Meyer-Miller has a passion for health and wellness. Since 1992, she has spent her professional career helping people discover how to live with change that life invariably brings. In 1993, Leslie received her master's in social and science administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University. In 2005, Leslie became certified as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from Co-Active Training Institute, one of the world's leading coaching programs. In 2008, Leslie became certified in the Wellness Inventory. The Wellness Inventory Assessment looks at the wellbeing of the whole person.
Today, her mission in life is to help people achieve optimal health. Leslie's own life journey of overcoming serious health challenges facilitated her wanting more out of life while honoring her values and self. Through Leslie's own life experiences and professional training she has developed systems of health and wellness empowering people to take charge and care of themselves.
Leslie knows wellness is a process and encompasses a cycle of self-care elements. She provides education, coaching and supports individuals during their journey to find a healthier balance. Leslie has a specialization in working with older adults, family members and health care professionals. She is also known as Leslie, The Caregiver Coach.

With a background in Cosmetology, Marialena Ward has always had a passion for making women look and feel great! In 1998, she began her own health journey seeking out various forms of fitness along with chiropractic and holistic nutritional services for herself. After seeing some amazing results in her own body, she was blessed with the opportunity to go back to college. Marialena realized that true beauty comes from the inside out.
She is a graduate of Limestone College in Gaffney, SC with a B.S. in Physical Education and a concentration in Fitness/Wellness complimented by a minor in Coaching. Additionally, she is a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a Silver Sneakers Group Exercise Instructor. For over a decade, Marialena has worked exclusively with older adults (55+) who were either just beginning their exercise journey, trying to maintain their health goals, battling chronic illness, or rehabilitating from a surgery.
Marialena knows that the key to maintaining mobility for life is flexibility!
Today, her desire is help women connect their body, mind, and faith so they can be their absolute best self and continue doing all of the things they love to do!
