Frankenstein's Monster Guacamole

This tasty dip is fun for parties. This recipe is for 6 servings and takes approximately 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients 3 avocados (large) 2 stalks green onion (finely chopped) 3 tablespoons cilantro (finely chopped) 3 drops Cassia or Cinnamon Bark oil 2 tablespoons lime juice

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Sea salt & pepper to taste

3 cups corn tortilla chips

1 tablespoon sour cream

1/16 of a can of refried beans

1 tablespoon black olives (pitted, halved) Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Stir in the onions, cilantro, lime juice and cumin. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Scoop the guacamole onto a platter, forming it into a rectangular shape.

  3. Add some of the chips at the top of the plate to create the hair and add any remaining chips to a bowl or basket on the side.

  4. Customize the face with sour cream, refried beans, and olives as desired. Enjoy!

  • Leftovers Best enjoyed immediately. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.

  • Serving Size One serving is equal to approximately 1/3 cup of guacamole and 1/2 cup of chips.

  • Serve it With Vegetables and/or more tortilla chips.
